I'm so happy that our honeymoon cruise is officially paid off! YAY! It was a rant earlier but they fixed it, but a quick recap.My cruise price went down a few months ago. I submitted a form and contacted my PVP through carnival. He told me he didn't see it & to resubmit. I resubmitted it and wrote him. He said he saw it and it would credit the price drop to my on board credit account. Fast forward to today, after several emails and not seeing my OBC( or receiving and follow ups!) , I called them. I also needed to pay it off anyway so I asked about it. They didn't see it and the price had gone back up!After speaking to another person (and her manager), they told me they would honor the credit since I had emails between my PVP and I confirming it had been sent. They also upgraded our cabin because of the hassle! I'm so EXCITED!
