What are some flowers that I can use to get a full, romantic, fluffly look? I love the look of peonies but they're not in season for October and after reading about the hydrangeas, I'm pulling them from my bouquet and centerpieces and now need a replacement.

Not a peony look-a-like but some dahlias have a nice, full, fluffy appearance you may like/want to consider, like this? :
