  Garden Rose which may be a cabbage rose like pp said  but I am not sure.

  Agreed with above: first & foremost, the 'cabbage roses" or ranunculus.
  
  Not a peony look-a-like but some dahlias have a nice, full, fluffy appearance you may like/want to consider, like this? :

  Garden Rose- ranunculus often are too small. while you get a similar look, they are about a third of the size of a peony if not smaller.

  I read that David Austin roses look very similar to peonies! I'm thinking about incorporating them in my bouquet.
