I just want to rave about Inn on the Square in Falmouth for any of you looking to have hotel blocks for your weddings. I blocked rooms at a couple of inns in Falmouth and Inn on the Square is by the far the best to work with. Their rates were on par with the other accommodations, but their customer service just puts them over the top. Nicole McLean, in particular, has been outstanding. She called me before the block expired to let me know it was expiring (Seacrest, Red Horse, and Holiday Inn didn't do that) and extended the block by a couple of days. And she called me me today to get info on the wedding so if the guests who are staying there had questions, the front desk would have info on directions to the wedding and time, etc. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Two thumbs up!
