Have you done this before? Did you like it? Will I fall off the seat? Is there anything I should know? I am leaving in a while to go to a spinning class. You can choose to do an hour or add on another half of intense. I am just doing the first hour with warm up. My knee still hurts for the treadmill so thought this would be good since the bike has been ok. I took a class a while ago somewhere else but everyone complained about the class after, boring.
