How long is too long?

How long is too long for people to stand for a wedding ceremony? We are having 20 chairs in the front for immediate family and people who need to sit for age or health reasons and only 100 guests. We would put the rest of the chairs out but without going into to too much detail, it is logistically a nightmare. The wedding is in a natural outdoor setting and only 10 to 15 minutes long. Comments?

    What time of year?

I think you will be perfectly fine with 10-15 minutes. I was in a wedding last year that did the same thing. They called it a "champagne ceremony" where they gave everyone a glass of champagne as they came in and at the end of the ceremony, everyone toasted them. I heard nothing but great comments from all of the guests.

Then I agree, you should be just dandy with a 10-15 minute ceremony.
