NWR: a gift for my boss

It's my boss' birthday this weekend so I made him a t-shirt. He's a doctor who ALWAYS wears bowties; he's known at the agency for it. He has bow ties in every colour and design; he even has one with the H1N1 virus floating around inside it lol (he is the Director General for the Center of Immunization and Respiratory Infectious Diseases).
Anyhoo... hopefully that bit of background will help you understand the joke :P
He took off his real bow tie and wore this to his high level meetings today - gotta love him!

I do. Our Center handles pandemic preparedness, immunization and surveillance.

Hahaha that is too funny! I actually had H1N1 back in 2009, right when FI and I started dating. It was no fun and since it was called "swine flu" I earned the nickname "Piglet!"

What about getting him a bow tie? Is that lame? Clearly he likes them. You could perhaps find a unique/funky one that would remind him of you or a joke you guys share? He seems like a cool boss.

We actually did a group outing to see it LOL
It's neat because we deal with CDC and WHO on a daily basis.

Yeah I had a professor who was an EIS officer (Kate Winslet's job in the movie). She gave lots of lectures about her different investigations and I loved them. It's pretty scary/crazy all the things that can happen. Anyway, cool connection!
