I'm getting married at Pinecrest in Palmer Lake on May 1st. Just curious if anyone else is having their wedding there and wants to share ideas.

    I don't have any ideas for you but I just wanted to say that one of my BMs got married there and she loved it! Palmer Lake  is such a cute little town :)

    I also did not get married there, but have been there for an October wedding. It is a very quaint place, and kind of isolated, which is really neat. I only saw the dressing rooms and the reception hall set-up, but it was really lovely! All the wood is wonderful, plus the weather in May will still be a bit chilly, possibly snowing. What theme are you going for?

    I'm praying for no snow! ;) We just moved here and most of our guests will be OOT, so we're thinking a Colorado/natural/spring theme. We loved the wood and natural look of the chapel and event center. I'm planning on pinks and greens, but I don't think we'll need a ton of decorations because I really like the simple beauty of the place on its own.
