This is the second time this client has stood me up!!!  If I wasn't so busy the next couple weeks it would be okay, but seriously to fit them in....Urgh!!!

     ha ha ha ha ha....I am in training and development for a software company.  And update:  The client showed up on the conference call 30 minutes late.  They were fun on the phone so I'll let them off the hook.Later in the call we were scheduling our followup meeting and they were making the calendar invite and out loud said to give them a 15 minute reminder.  I said jokingly, let's make it a 30  minute reminder.  ha.

    late = rude when it is a scheduled appointment you agree on.I just can't accept it....had a parent come 20 minutes late for a conference she requested and the kids were due to be picked up.   Now I have to reschedule and use another planning period.
