My wedding was June 6- but I have been so busy I haven't had a chance to write this until now!Church- Memorial Baptist Baytown- A. this is our home church and they were extremely helpful and easy to work with.Flowers- Floral Events- C- the bridesmaid's bouquets had the wrong flowers, and the flowers were falling out of their bouquets. The centerpieces were not as big as we had discussed, and the arrangement in the entry of the reception was completely different than discussed. Bill promised me he would be there to set it up, but the day of my wedding he was no where to be found! I was VERY disappointed with him. Programs and Invitations-Blush Paperie-A+. This company is located in Florida. I was nervous about using them at first, but Michele was so easy to work with and made everything perfect!!Dress- Venturas- A. Very helpful!Tuxes- Men's Warehouse- A. Very helpful.Shoes/Veil- David's Bridal- B. They sent me 2 left shoes at first, but immediately corrected it once I called.Bridesmaid Dresses-Pearl's Place- A+. Dresses came in early and they were very helpful!Ceremony Music- Divisi Strings- A+++. They did a WONDERFUL job and were great to work with!!!! (We had a string quartet)Reception venue- Newport Country Club- A+++. Lisa, the event coordinator, was absolutely fabulous!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her or this place. The food was also fantastic!Reception Decor/Linens/Chair Covers- Darryl and Co.- B+. We worked with Mike. He assured me that he would be there to oversee everything being set up, but he never came. The men setting everything up did not know what to do with the chiffon ceiling drapery, and some of the chair sashes ended up coming undone before the end of the night. The uplighting looked great, though. They were great to work with, and everything looked wonderful, I was just disappointed that they stressed me out the day before my wedding.Cakes- Cakes by Gina- A+. Cakes were wonderful and exactly like we wanted!DJ- DJ's Unlimited- B-. Our dj was great, but most of the songs we requested were not on his laptop, including our last dance song, which was so disappointing. Photographer-Bold Imagery by Jason Connel- A+++. We love Jason!! Our pictures are AMAZING and we couldn't be happier!!Videographer- In Touch Video- A+++. We LOVE our video!!! Tom is the nicest man, and we are thrilled that he caught every single moment of our special day!I think that's it!
