Hi! I'm trying to find an inexpensive florist in the area. The wedding will be in Montgomery County or Howard County.

Also, looking for a good place to buy/rent cheap table cloths, napkins and dinner ware. (we're doing just desserts so we won't have a caterer)

Any ideas for either?
