So everything was approved with title company, loan company, underwriters, and God apparently...and we are closing on our house!!!!!!!!!!! Thursday at 1:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY! BRING ON THE DRINKS!!!

Thanks everyone!! Its pretty much move in ready. No one has lived in it for about 3 months. They kept it very clean, but there is just dust and stuff. We are having hardwood floors put in kitchen area and living room before we move in.
