State College Bridal Shops

Where are some affordable bridal shops in State College?I already have my dress, but my BMs (and I) still have to go dress shopping, and I don't want them to have to pay a fortune.  The nearest David's Bridal is in Altoona, which is a bit farther than I'd like them to have to go.Any suggestions would be great!  Thanks!

    Formalities in Bellefonte is great.  I've been there to try on bridal gowns 3 times and they're so sweet.  The prices are good too.

    There are 3 bridal shops in the State College area - Simply Elegant, behind Wegmans (decent selection of samples in the store); Formalities, in Bellefonte (lots of samples in the store, but mostly high school prom style); and Diamonds and Lace, in Lemont (smallest selection of BM dresses in town).  Formalities is probably the cheapest, but you'll still pay considerably more than you will for BM dresses at a place like David's Bridal.  With the new highway, Altoona is only 40 minutes away.  Totally worth the trip to save the $$.
