affordable photographer??

i'm a budget bride, but need some info in the san diego area... does anyone know of a reasonably affordable photographer that still has good quality work? any suggestions for me to research would be greatly appreciated. thanks again.

    I can recommend Sage Taylor of Sage Taylor photography...We just got a special through him from Craigslist, and it's going to be roughly $750 for our photos. He's got some other picture packages which give us prints and an album, but we are planning on displaying them in digital photo frames, so we don't really want any prints. :)We found him after our FIRST photographer, one Calvin Evans of Visual Celebrations, up and vanished on us. We'd originally found him through the Bridal Bazaar, and he'd had a deal of $700, which seemed like a great deal. Turns out that it wasn't that good a deal, as he never showed up when we'd booked our engagement photo session. I've been trying to reach him through various contacts, even contacting the Bridal Bazaar, but nothing. Just a warning, be careful on what seems like a good deal. I'd hate for anyone to have to go through what I'm going through right now with filing a lawsuit through small claims court to recover my deposit...

    I'm using Melissa McClure.  She's amazingly sweet and takes awesome pics.  I'm not really sure your budget, but she has some packages that are affordable. www.melissamcclure.net

    Just had a "trash the dress" photoshoot with an up-and-coming photographer and she BLEW me away!  Her website is: www.ellespencerphotographer.com.     I'm using Melissa McClure for my wedding in November and I think she is very reasonable for the quality of her photographs. Her work is amazing! AS Photography is also very similar to Melissa's style too. I looked at him as well, but went with Melissa instead. She is super sweet and very quick to turnaround photos.

    Try Amore Photography - they also do videography and seemed pretty reasonable to me.  I'm ending up using a family friend (it's our wedding gift from him), but I really liked the girl I spoke with from Amore initially and their prices seemed really reasonable for all that you get.

    hello, hat is your budget?? range? I used www.anikalondonmedia.com but they are always booked. It comes with engagement/wedding/album and all rights to photos on a cd. they are good people. very professional and they made me feel comfortable. You can't beat that.

    She is awesome and actually worked with our budget and gave us a great deal. Our budget was a LOT lower then the price on her site but she made it happen because she wanted to book our weekend. So i would email her and try, you never know. Just tell her your budget and see if she can help. Her work is amazing and she just did our engagement photos which came out great! I'm trying to find a florist to fit our budget now and having a hard time. I think i just got lucky with the photog.
