day of wedding coordinator

Hi all.  I continue to get awesome info. from here!  Does anybody know of a coordinator for the day of who charges 400.00-500.00 range?  Perhaps there is no one, but figured it was a worth a shot to ask.
I contacted one who was recommended on here, was all set up to meet her but then she adds another 300.00 for an assistant.  (Due to having approx.180 people).  Needless to say, I was unhappy (about not being informed of this prior) and sad because I was very excited.  Any recommendations at all would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks.

    Try contacting Cameron at White Ribbons Event & Design.  We're using her for our Month/Day of Coordinator.  Her plus an assistant should be within your budget although don't hold me to it (we booked her months ago so I don't know if her prices have changed).  You get them for the whole day though, unlimited time, so that was nice.

    It was actually Cameron that I was in contact with.  She is very reasonable and it was within my range, but then she added on 300 for an assistant!  I explained I couldn't do it and she did not budge in price.   How many people for your wedding?  It seems she goes by numbers?!?
  • Try Jen & Anna at Something New Weddings & Events.  We are using them for full-service, but they will do day of as well.  Not sure of their rate, but they were very reasonable for a complete package.  We love them!  Good luck!

  • I used Mary from Mary Rose Memories. I love her. Seriously. I did not have to worry about anything. She also really helped me get organized in those days & weeks leading up to the wedding.

  • I also used Mary from Mary Rose Memories. She did an amazing job. We didn't have a ton of people, but she was there from set up to break down and even met with me later so I could pick up the decorations and the cake top from her!
