Have you used these photographers???

Has anyone had any experience with the following photographers? If so, can you tell me about your experience? Pros/cons. And if anyone feels like sharing, I'd love to take a look at pics besides the "best of" that they pick to put on their site galleries. I don't have experience with Ronnie Renaldi with weddings but he's done commercial work for me, a couple of business associates, and friends that I know and those photos have turned out great.

Lindsay Lack was our photographer and she was seriously amazing. If you want to chekc out more of her pics go to the clients section of her website and then an event (wedding, engagement, etc) and then which ever name you want to look at. We are still waiting on our wedding photos but our engagement shots are under Alora & Ben. We are both pretty awkward/camera shy and slowly warmed up through the 2 hours. At our wedding Lindsay was EVERYWHERE! And I am honestly not sure if we got more compliments on her or our ceremony. She is super sweet, very go with the flow but just got married last year and has foresight into potential snafus and issues. The only potential con I could think of is that she does shoot in a more "photojournalistic" style (its what she went to school for and has worked in the field for a number of years) and not so much in the glamorized style. Thats not to say she won't take amazing pictures of you (cause she will!) just keep in mind that they won't all have a super soft fuzzy lens on them. We LOVED her and can't rave enough.

Thanks girls! Alora - the more I look at her work (and history - how many people in that price range actually have a photojournalism degree!?!), the more I like her... having never actually met her. I'm just waiting anxiously for her to respond to my email!PS... Saw your E pics on the sight and they are adorable! I love the one by the picket fence where FI is smooching your head. It reminds me of an old postcard or greeting card - in a good way. Love it! :)

I booked Lindsay Lack for our May 2010 wedding and I really liked her when we met. We didn't do engagement pics but we're really looking forward to working with her at our wedding, especially after Alora's reply about how great she was at their wedding! Can't wait to see your pics Alora!

I unofficially booked her this afternoon! Just have to schedule a time to meet with her and sign on the dotted line. I'm SO excited about working with her and am relieved to find someone in our budget who actually does quality work - this was not the case for the other budget friendly photographers I looked at! Thanks again for your input, ladies! You have helped to take a HUGE weight of my shoulders. I thought I'd never find a photog I liked that we could actually afford!

Yay!! I'm so glad you girls liked her work! I completely agree that the quality of her work vs her prices is insane. In our favor! She is such a sweetie! We did the engagement shoot in part to make sure she wasn't too good to be true, in part to get pictures of us we actually like and in part to calm our nerves. At the time it was $100 for 2 hours, fantastic! Tell her I say hi when you see her! You will love her!
