  No where in AB does it right. The fries have to be homemade, gravy can be homemade.  I prefer St.Hubert's.  And you have to use cheese curds.  All you can't call it poo-teen.  I hate that word.  I also hate saying it the french way because I feel like I'm being pretentious.  But yeah, I say it the french way because the english way makes me cringe.

  My friend made poutine for me a couple of years ago, it was delicious!Also, I hate when I see poutine and think poontang.  I know, I know, get my mind out of the gutter.

  French its like Poo-Tsin. I have to laugh everytime I hear it, the FI says it that way.. Personally I say it the Americanized way "poo-tin"
