  Heritage Hill (Gazebo is beautiful!) Apple Creek Inn SC Grand outside Meyer Theatre Botanical Gardens St. Norberts campus ... there's more, but this is all that's coming to mind right now.

  Outside would be pretty. Wedding date is 5-7-11 so hard to tell if it will be warm enought. I like the idea of Meyer Theater and Botanical Gardens but I heard they can't accomodate that many people??

  I'm not sure how many the Meyer can hold, you'd have to contact them. The Botanical Gardens can host 50ppl indoors and up to 150ppl outdoors depending on the spot you choose. Another place indoors that is very nice is The Radisson Hotel & Conference Center.

  Pamperin Park is also very nice, but to have it indoors, I believe can't hold many people. There is a chapel in Green Bay (same owner/manager who does the Door County Chapel).  It could hold a fair amount of people.  It looks like a church, so it'd be a more traditional offering (haven't been there in ~3-4 years probably, so maybe they redid the interior.) We chose to have a small ceremony down in the Valley since we fell in love with the Country Chapel (north side of Appleton.. near Freedom almost.)  They can do outdoor ceremonies as well.  There's also a church not far from downtown Appleton that we attended a wedding at (much more traditional.)

  Thanks for finding the link!The one we got married at was The Country Chapel (http://www.country-chapel.com/index.php), but as I said it's more toward Appleton.

  My soon-to-be (when he finally finishes paying off the ring...)fiance's sister had her ceremony and reception at the Wiedner. It was GORGEOUS! If I can figure out how to post pictures on here I'll show you how nice it looked. They had the ceremony in a little side nook under a multi-colored twisting hand-blown glass light fixture and the reception was held on stage. I have tons of pictures if you need to see a specific area of the Wieder. Any questions, just ask
  
   This is the little side nook area... it may look small but held between 150-175 people...

  Weidner Center is pretty!! 
  Triangle Hill Park is nice....in winter it is a small ski/tubing hill and the ceremony could be outside, but reception in the chalet!
  The NEW Zoo....would be unique
  Bay Beach....I looked into this for the reception...they have a nice hall, and a beautiful setting right on the bay...its an amusement park.
  Wildlife Sanctuary might do weddings too, Ive never been to any though.

  my wedding was going to be 5-7-11 too, but the place I wanted was already booked! So we had to move it back a week.
