Andrew has gone mad!

Andrew wants a boat now!  I originally wanted a boat but changed my mind because of storage costs.  The Polaris' (jetski things) fit in our garage and cost $0 to store.  This boy has gone MAD!!  All he does is look up boats and more jetskis.  he wants to sell the jetskis even...uh, we JUST bought them and I like them better than a boat!!  HMPH!

Usually I'm the one that lost her mind and wants everything.  This time we swapped places.

Does he realize just how expensive a boat is?  Not to mention maintenance costs?  I think my hubby spent $600 last month just on maintenance costs...irritating!

The cost of a boat is soooo much more. Maybe just point that out to him.

*sigh* I did bring up the maintenance cost and he said "Oh and what are the maintenance costs on the Polaris'?"  He hasn't mentioned anything today so I think I got through to him that we don't have the $ for a boat or the $ to maintain one yet.$600!?  Holy cow!!  When we went to the river the prop on the boat we were on got messed up and the guy called around for pricing and it cost $600 for just the prop!!  I am sooo glad we were there when that happened because it made me realize how dang expensive boats can be.  We can't afford that kind of $ just for fun yet.

i have to side with andrew, kind of. if you dont have the money then its definetly a bad idea (for now) but i love having a boat.  cruisin around all together as a family is great. our friends who have jet skis always end up riding in our boat.
