hey! you said you used VIP Vacations right?  was it your first time booking a trip through them?  I'm curious as to when you received any travel itineraries after booking...

    Yes!  I've been working with Jennifer.  This was my first time using them and she's been great so far.  Once we booked and I sent her the deposit and everything, she emailed me the itinterary and remaining balance....probably a week or so later.  Once things were processed.  If you haven't heard from her or anyone else for that matter, I would definitely follow up.  They're very nice there.
