I am getting married in the Burlingame area in August 2010. I am curious about what the average cost of a DJ is in this area. Does anyone have any suggestions for who I could use that?

I talked to a couple of DJs - one based out of South SF, one out of SJ - and both were around $1000 for about 7 hours. That included pre-ceremony and ceremony music, cocktail hour and reception.
