wedding hair/veil placement

I'm stuck on finding the right hair style for my wedding. When I google wedding hair styles, some good inspiration pictures come up, but it seems the ones I like never come with a picture including a veil!What are some of your favorite pictures? I attached one of mine, but am not sold. The top seems too loose for me. I have hair down to my shoulder blades, am hoping to find something half up half down and will be wearing a waltz length 1 tier veil. TIA!

Are you planning on getting extensions? I ask because I wanted a half-up, half-down style too, pretty much exactly like your wish pic minus the bangs. But at my H&M trial, my hair was too short once it was all curled. Usually it's down to my shoulder blades too. The result was that it didn't flow over my shoulders or stay back, but kinda sat there awkwardly like a junior bridesmaid do. I would love extensions, but they are $$$.Once you find your style at a trial, they will be able to work out a good placement for you. those are both great! Thank you! beatle, I like how its a bit smoother on top compared to the pic I posted:) I would love to get extensions but can't afford them, and doubt I could find them to match my hair color.

Thanks! You could get extensions dyed to match your hair color, but that would be more $$. How would you feel about something like this (hair pouf but with waves):[IMG]http://i33.tinypic.com/108h3t4.jpg[/IMG]It would be out of your face but you could still have the length. Veil could go behind the pouf?

I love that last one! If my hair dresser can make the poof a little lower so the veil wouldn't be that high, I think that would be great! Thanks for posting it:)

I wore mine half back... you can see the front in my sig, and here's the back (FYI- this was toward the end of the reception, so I had taken off my veil, and had gotten a tad sweaty...)[img]http://tinyurl.com/n5yy5s[/img]
