Videographer Qs!

Hi ladies!!! So FI and I realized that we have a little bit of extra money that we can put into the wedding - I was wondering about videographer recommendations - also, is it really worth it to get videography done?  Or should we try to put the money somewhere else?? I know Ive heard very good things about focus on you video and any other recs would be appreciated! thanks so much!

    We had originally cut the video idea from our budget as well.  However, my SIL and BIL hired Focus On You Video for us.  My SIL researched various videographers and they came out on top.  The reasons you keep hearing good things about them is b/c they are a top notch duo!  They are professional, personable, and affordable.  Depending on how much you have to spend 2nd mile is also fantastic.  HTH

    Videography, looking back, is one of my better decisions. We went back and forth on it for a while and I wasn't sold on the idea of needing one. But now that it's happened and gone, I am so glad we had one. The day was so busy, so fast, and kind of a blur! I treasure the fact that we have it captured on video. my rec is for Moonstruck Productions (www.moonpro.us). Scott and Carla are amazing people and do fantastic work. We have only received our highlight video so far, but it was the first thing to bring WR tears to my eyes since the actual day.

    I also recommend Moonstruck.  I haven't gotten my highlight video yet, but DH and I cannot wait.   He actually told me during our first dance "I haven't even noticed the videographers all day!"  haha...kinda the point!The day goes by so fast, its one of the things I'm most happy we did.

    I agree, it is worth every penny.  We just received our video last week and it was like the wedding day all over again!  We especially enjoyed watching the ceremony, because we put SO much planning into it and it really flew by!  Imagen did our video and they did an fantastic job.

    We had one and agree it is a great investment as well.  I have yet to hear anyone say hiring a videographer was a waste but I have heard MULTIPLE people say they regret not hiring a videographer.
