restaurants for the reception?

My intended and I are having our ceremony at Chapel Dulcinea on May 28th. We were just going to have a cake reception - it's early afternoon, and we're trying to keep this cheap - but my Dad really kind of freaked out and wants to have a sit down luncheon afterwards.

Do any of you know any restaurants that are tasty and can accommodate a party of up to 60?

    You might want to check out Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. They have room that seats up to 90 with a beautiful view of Lake Travis. That may be too far though. There's also Shoreline Grill in downtown Austin. That's a really nice place, and they have several different areas for having an event.

    There is a Maggiano's at the Domain, and it is always a good place for a group. I haven't been to that particular location, but they usually have a party room. Its a family style italian restaurant and the food is pretty tasty.
