    I have been seeing Dr. Shaafi in Fairfax since I was a teenager. She's great..really gentle, doesn't try to sell stuff. The only thing is that her hours suck...I think the last appt of any given day is like 3:00. But if you can work that out, I'd definitely recommend her.

    Dr. Babington in Chantilly - Father and son office, I really like them both.  I'm a wimp about the dentist and I always feel very comfortable with both of them :)

    Dr. Bernhart in Sterling. He's great and so is Dr. Nanna. They've had their practice for like 30 years. Super-nice, super-gentle. They try non-invasive options before opting for big-price tag procedures, which has been very helpful for me.

    Drs. Hutchison, Gorman, and Jarrell in Centreville.  I have been going since I was little and everyone there is very nice.  They stay open until 8 M, T, W which is nice.www.smilesforcentreville.com
