placecards question

Do you make placecards for the vendors?  Also, do I need to make a placecard for me and my *husband* and the bridal party.  We all know we are sitting at the head table, I was just wondering if I still need to make them.

Not so sure on the vendors.IMO, I would make one for everyone, especially for you and FI- that way, if you want to do a scrapbook, or someone wants to make you a shadow box, or if you just want different mementos of your wedding, you have them (and since they are little, they work better in things like scrapbooks and shadow boxes!).  You could either put your names, or you could put Bride and Groom- it all depends on what you want.

oooh, i like the idea of Bride and Groom, instead of our names.  Thanks Brit!

We didn't do it for the vendors, but we did them for us & the bridal party. I just did one for Dave & I. I just loved coming to our seats and seeing Mr. and Mrs. :)

I didn't do one for the vendors.  I don't think it's necessary.  My vendors didn't sit with the guests, they ate out in the lounge...Wow....I can't believe you're finally this close!!!!

Ditto everyone else - no need for vendor cards...  Cindy, Laurie, & Rich ate outside where the bar was. I made Tony & I placecards, for meal choice reasons...  But honestly, it was the first time I got to write Mrs. L for anything and I loved it!  I wrote our name, then put Bride/Groom on it (instead of table #)
