Outdoor reception site in Rome/Utica/Vernon/etc.

I am doing an informal outdoor reception for around 60 people. we were thinking maybe a pavillion at Sylvan Beach? or something similiar. Anyone know of any outdoor places?

    Fountain Elms in Utica is very nice, they have indoor and outdoor space in case it rains, a terrace and gardens too
