Any 9/11/2010 Brides???

Ok ladies the big day is set for 9/11/2010.  When I tell people they look and act so surprised.  REALLY??? Anyway If you're getting married that day I'm curious to know where you are in the process.  We've booked the venue for the ceremony and reception.  Booked the caterer.  I have my dress (so in love with it), shoes and accessories.  We've purchased our rings.  We're interviewing photographers and have identified the florist.  I feel good about this but I'm sure my bubble will be burst once some of you ladies let me know where your are with your planning...lol  Happy planning.......

    If it makes you feel better you're about where I am and my wedding is 6 months away!  Everyone has told me I'm on the ball so I think you are extremely far along.  From what I have heard you want to start with Music and Photographers becuase they will only do 1 event per day.  We booked ours 8-10 months out so you're in great shape for that.  The florist and bakery will likely do multiple events that day so they can be booked later and will still be available on your day.  I was told to book those 6-8 months out.  So all in all you're in great shape!Good luck!

    I would do the florist next, because they are usually very helpful in figuring out how you should set the tables up and possible decor. Now that we're getting into the little things (favors and such) I'm realizing that we REALLY need to make the meeting with the florist and go from there!
