Pricing for these venues?? Help!!

Does anyone have recent experience or know the pricing (inclusive of tax and gratuties) of the following venues for a fall wedding...approx 175 people:

Greentree Country Club
Westchester Manor
Tarrytown House Estate
Whitby Castle
Lyndhurst Castle
Castle on the Hudson
Tappan Hill
Le Chateau

I priced the Greentree. I believe they gave us somewhere between 80 and 90 for a November 2010 wedding - we were guaranteeing approximately 250 people. However, Their pricing was good - I didn't choose them because my job has our retirement parties there and I didn't want to be in the same place.

I am using VIP Country Club which is on the same road as Greentree and I am getting $78 pp which is about $95 with taxes and gratuity

I think Green Tree was priced at $120 pp for a Friday evening in October 2010. Westchester Manor was extremely reasonable at $75 pp not including 7.5% tax and an 18% service charge plus $3 pp for maitre d'. This was for approximately 150 guests.
