I was just wondering how you chose to deal with your co-workers. I feel so bad that they put you in that situation!

I'm ashamed to say I still haven't. My one friend asked the instigator if she was going to apologize to me and she said "I think I'm just going to let it go." That just made me mad.An ex-co-worker and someone that is invited to the shower called me yesterday and said the girl feels bad about it and is embarassed.I sent another "please forgive me" email to my sister last night but she hasn't responded. I guess I'm just hoping the co-worker will come to me to apologize and we can talk about it but so far nothing.I'm chicken, I know. I just hate confrontation. Plus I'm still really upset.

Aw, I'm sorry! I hate confrontation, too. I probably wouldn't have dealt with it yet either. I hope you are still able to have a great time no matter what happens!

Awwww, I just got my email from my sister. She just said don't worry about it but to make sure someone is holding my co-worker back from the microphone when it's time for her to make her speech at the reception!Now that I know my sister is OK, maybe I can deal with it.
