Bridal Shower

So my sister lives in VA and is planning my bridal shower. We do not belong to a church and we looked at some of the mertro parks in Toledo area, and secor park and pearson park are the two we looked at for 175. Does anyone know of any other places where we could have my bridal shower? Wildwood and Oak openings are over 500, so those are out of the question. Thanks girls!!!

you dont have to belong to st. clements to rent their room. I'm not a big fan of st. clements since some of their workers came close to ruining my wedding, but the room is only $50 and its good for a shower, but pretty bland. the other place to look at is the union hall on jackman. I think a union member has to rent it for you, but the lower level is only $40 for the day and its beautiful. my aunt threw mine there and I loved it. the other place that is a possibility is the shoreland shelter house http://www.washington-twp.com/parkcss.htm.

How about any small conference rooms at local hotels? Is there  a specific area you want to stay in in the Toledo area?

Somewhere in Toledo or if its just right outside of Toledo not a problem. When thinking family, my family is from the swanton/delta area, so I dont want them to have to drive further then Toledo.

I have no idea on the cost, but I just went to a baby shower at the lodge at strawberry acres park in Holland and that was very nice for any sort of shower event.  It's a fairly new building.  That would also be a reasonable drive for your guests.
