Accountability - Tuesday

Hey girls! I ate great yesterday (thanks to my FI who loves to cook and is doing a GREAT job of following our diet) but slacked a bit on the workout. Took my dog out for a bit but that's all. Was EXHAUSTED and not sure why, so I sat down on the couch at like 7 and fell asleep hahaha! Woke up shortly thereafter and decided to just cuddle on the couch with a warm blanket, a tea and my laptop and have a quiet night...

  • i was home all day so i didn't eat super healthy, but instead sort of grazed all day. we went to the gym and i did my normal routine. i'm pretty sore today because i worked out with Dan on Saturday and Sunday, and then yesterday i went back to doing my own shoulder lifts, so my shoulders/upper back are dying today. it feels good though.
    Happily married since 9/1/2012!

  • We had such a busy day so I didn't get to work out yesterday.  I did clean and I consider that to be a workout :)  Eating has been ok, not bad but ok.  I'm hoping my eating stays okay because after last nights PITA STD envelope addressing session I really wanted some junk-ish food.  Good news is I'm over half way done with them and am hoping to get them out by Thursday :)

    Hopefully I will get a run in tonight :) 
  • Yesterday was a holiday for us so it ended up being a weekend eating kind of day. We went out for brunch and then to Outback to dinner. I was pretty good at Outback, they have a great nutritional info tool on their website so I pre-planned what I was going to eat.

    After that we met some friends for beers so the day wasn't too good in the end. I "only" went over my calorie goal by about 200 though so I am not beating myself up too hard. 

    My gym was closed yeserday (it is at my work) but I will be back in there today. I am down at least 4 pounds since the first of the year, so I am feeling pretty good!

  • I had a fabulous spin class at lunch yesterday; you know when you feel like you're gonna puke you're doing it right! haha
    Did my Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 this morning; hurts so good!
    Other than the white chocolate & cranberry xmas bark I tasted at work and the 1/2 kit kat bar I had at home, I ate super well lolI've been craving chocolate like MAD lately. Luckily I eat so well in other ways that it doesn't really do much damage.
    I had 2 people ask me today why I'm losing weight. They were worried that I wasn't eating. I reassured them that I'm eating more than enough an that I blame Jillian Michaels for the loose pants lol. I just tell them to poke my abs and they look at me like I'm a freak. Soon enough I'll have a better six pack than my FI!

  • Yesterday, I did ok until I got home from work.  FI made sausage, peppers and onions.  It made me want a grilled cheese and pepper sandwich.  That put me over on carbs and calories.

    I'm contemplating, eating solids only until I leave work.  Then the rest of the night needs to be liquid.  I tend to want less when its liquid.  Like a smoothie, protein shake or soups..
