Hey girls! I ate great yesterday (thanks to my FI who loves to cook and is doing a GREAT job of following our diet) but slacked a bit on the workout. Took my dog out for a bit but that's all. Was EXHAUSTED and not sure why, so I sat down on the couch at like 7 and fell asleep hahaha! Woke up shortly thereafter and decided to just cuddle on the couch with a warm blanket, a tea and my laptop and have a quiet night...
