Is anyone selling one? Or do you know where I can get a good one for cheap, preferably that has some spandex with it. Thanks!

I'm selling mine. My dress was a mermaid, and a seamstress replaced the drawstring with elastic band so it was more comfortable. I am in the West Chester area.
