  I have no idea. We are getting married on 6/30. So I am thinking I want them back by 5/30 but I have no idea when I am sending them out. Any ideas?

  My invitations are going out April 2nd and asking for an RSVP date of May 9th. I think sending your invites out the 14th is fine, especially if you have people from all over being invited, it also gives all your guests enough time to plan & make accommodations.

  Mail invites: March 8
  RSVP's due: May 8
  Wedding Day: June 8
  
  I think that's a safe enough timeline for me.

  FI talked to our coordinator about this (yes, I realize what a lucky girl I am to have a DOC and a FI who likes to call her) and she recommended we get them out by early March for our 6/30 wedding since most folks are from out of town.

  because of the nature of our wedding we sent out invites super early.  We are having our wedding in Yosemite National Park in the busiest month, so lodging is going to be a problem.  We sent the initial invites in november?  And I just mailed out the last wave of invites today.  There are only a few places left closeby, so we had to be a little pushy!

  I thought 6 months before is STDs, 3 months invites and then I gave myself a month prior to the WD for RSVP - this gives me plenty of time to follow up if someone doesn't RSVP and get a final headcount.
