    I am not using them, a frieng is using them for $250 for the 54 passenger bus 1 trip.

    Hm I heard about buses, do they rent just for weddings or for like Bachelorette parties?

    We're having the bus make one run from the hotel to the reception and then when the reception is over it'll make one run from the reception back to the hotel. I know it's more expensive for shuttle service to have the bus make multiple trips between places but I don't think it's that much more. And the rates people posted on here are for a the night :)

    We used them for our July wedding to run unlimited trips between the hotel and reception.  It was only like 50 bucks more, I believe the total was $300 but I'm not totally sure.  Just make sure they understand when you're going to pay them.  We said we'd pay them the day of.  We told them that they'd be picking up guests at the hotel and bringing them to the reception but for some reason they thought they were getting paid there.  My DH received messages from him while we were at the church asking when he was going to get paid.  My mom said the driver was unfriendly and demanding to speak to the groom's parents once he arrived to the reception.  Apparently he was expecting them to foot the bill.  Obviously just a communication issue since we didn't have any paperwork/contract with this vendor.  They were definitely a good price! GL!
