Just curious how far in advance you had your tasting with your caterer?

    I'm about 7 wks out and we still haven't scheduled ours, haha. They said a few weeks out is fine. HTH

    we did ours in dec and the wedding was in march, but i think that is considered somewhat early. our venue made an exception for us b/c we were visiting orlando from nyc over the holidays.

    I just did mine a couple of weeks ago, and my wedding is in april.  so go whenever your heart desires!

    I am acutally doing mine tomorrow (so excited) and my wedding isn't until July. We dont live in Orlando and FI was able to get the day off. We have to meet with the deco and florist and head to a friend's birthday dinner so we figured we would get it out of the way as well!

    Our wedding is next October & we'll be doing our tasting in May. But that's because it's up in NC so we had to plan it during another trip to save on time off from work.
