I live & work in Tysons and can meet up just about any night or lunch, other than Tuesday.They are each made of three rectangle frames connected into a pyramid shape (i.e. three of the same vertical view). Each frame has a color pic of a DC landmark printed and named on a sheet of vellum. There is an electric LED tealight for each that makes them glow.
