Is AMAZING. Thank you so much to al the girls who recommended I speak with her!!! I showed her the design we did with the other cake place here on SI and explained what happened with Isgro's, so instead of switching everything and losing our deposit to get our cake done at the Merion, we are getting a grooms cake which I am so excited about. We tasted the vanilla cake with strawberry jam and almond buttercream and the pear linzer cake with cranberry compote and brown sugar buttercream. The brown sugar buttercream is delicious!! She is as sweet as everyone said and so excited about her job and what she does. Because we have the wedding cake and the whole dessert hour, she's letting our coordinator know we don't want the cake cut and we're actually going to use it at our brunch the next day which was her idea so the whole thing worked out beautifully!!
