Hey brides!! I'm trying to find my reception site - and I'm looking into the The Forge Inn in Woodbridge, NJ. I was wondering if anyone has had their wedding there or attended a wedding there and your thoughts about it!! Thanks, Dana

    I've not been there for a wedding, but for several sweet 16s and retirement parties. It's definitely not tops on my list. I don't think the food is anything to write home about, frankly. I know the pricing is rather reasonable, but there are a lot of less-expensive venues in that area. That said, a friend's brother had his reception there. She said it was ok - we were in a mutual friend's wedding right after and she said our other friend's wedding reception (Crystal Pt Yacht Club) was better - but they were on an insanely tight budget.

    I know it was big in the 90's but I think it's a little dated now...haven't been there since the 90's tho lol.

    My BMs sister had her wedding there. She was on a tight budget and strapped for time ( she planned the whole wedding in 3 months ). It worked for them because of these reasons. It is a bit out-dated and average food.
