Hey! I have been browsing the boards for a while and decided I should introduce myself! I am getting married in March at the Wigwam Resort. I am wondering who you all are using for your cake? Anyone had any luck with cheesecake? My fiance is insisting on either cheesecakes or carrot cake!-Jacie

    Hello and welcome!For our rehearsal dinner cake, we used Piece of Cake desserts and it was AMAZING. We would have used them for our wedding cake, but we wanted something a little different, and we went with individually packaged bundtlet cakes in assorted flavors from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Their carrot cake (as well as all the rest of their flavors) is DELICIOUS and so moist, and they come with cream cheese icing. Good luck!

    Welcome to the board!  I am using La Dolce Pesca, and her cakes are the most amazing tasting wedding cakes I have ever had!  Very moist and full of flavor!
