  Trish Langley with My Mobile Salon cuts and colors my hair on a regular basis. She has also done updos and makeup for me for black tie events. Her work is simply elegant! 703-856-2617

  Hi, I'm currently looking for the same thing, in the same budget! I just emailed stephanie and the knot recommended some great things about Perry Warren of Frizzles as well---he does $150 for both, as does stephanie.   I second Carla Pressely. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding last July. VERY reasonably priced and does a fantastic job!
