  i had a lot of problems with florists in annapolis. people would not call me back, cancel appointments, etc. i finally ended up coming to this board for a recc and used one recommended here, Flowers by Judy in Ellicott City. she has been very easy to work with so far and her quote was reasonable. i only ended up getting an appointment with one florist in annapolis, gateway florist on bay ridge, and their quote came in several hundred dollars higher, so i went with Judy. very personable, took her time in meeting with me, took a meeting after her normal hours so i could get there.

  Flowers by Judy is great.  She did a friend's wedding that I was in and the flowers were beautiful. 
  
  We used Colleen at Divine Designs and Events.  She's based in Baltimore but we got married in Annapolis and she travelled for us.  I was absolutely in love with what she did for us.  I had a few ideas of what I wanted, and she took that and ran with it - so creative.

  I'm using Little House of Flowers in Gambrills, Julie Upchurch is the florist.  She's reasonably priced and great to work with, I would absolutely check her out!
