Looking for a DJ and Lighting

Hi everyone!! I am in search of an affordable DJ; price range roughly $500-$800 (give or take a few hundred). Also an affordable lighting company in that range as well. If the DJ comes with lighting too, that would be perfect. We are looking for uplighting, nothing too fancy. My wedding is in Birmingham, MI, July 7th, 2013. You guys have any suggestions?

Check into Elite Entertainment, I can't remember their prices, but the have packages that come with lighting

We were going to use the DJ with Fairytale Productions that was in that price range, but it was part of a package with video and photobooth. I don't know how much it would be by itself. They offered lighting, too. (We ended up going with a live band)

Look at The Music Butler. He'll do all the music and lighting for inside your price range.

I am using Encore wedding DJs and lighting. We are getting a lot of uplighting and a ceiling wash, so it is definitely not cheap, but most lighting companies will do something for you in your price range.

I am using CC King Entertainment. Very affordable with up lighting. Give him a call and tell him you were referred by the Covington wedding. Will review after our wedding this weekend!
