Hello...I am a newly engaged soilder with absolutly no time and even little money to plan a wedding for August of next year. I am looking for a all inclusive catering service that provides food, alcohol, cake, florists, and even more for a good per person price. I am looking to actually get married at Brookside Gardens but I need a catering business to work with...HELP Please also any tips on how to keep the costs down in this expensive area ..Thanks in advance

We used Premier Catering and were really happy with them.  The only thing I'm not sure if they'll be able to do is alcohol.  We didn't use them for this, so I don't know whether or not they offer a bar service but the people there are so nice and friendly I'd be willing to bet that if they didn't offer that service they'd still help you find it.http://www.premiercaterers.com/

Look at Overhills Mansion, they have a built-in caterer and if you're not picky it would certainly be very easy to just use vendors off their list of preferred vendors, you wouldn't have to plan much else. They are also VERY reasonably priced, I am doing 9 food stations, two late-night snacks and a 4-hour open bar for less than $50 per person.
