Haven't done a WW post in a while. How's everyone doing now that summer has arrived? Last weekend I lost, but I'm afraid to get weighed tomorrow after this week. Eek!
Allie- where do you go to meetings? Since 3/11/2010 I have lost 11 pounds. Memorial day weekend was a struggle for me. I just hope that the rest of the summer isnt like that. My wedding is in Sept. 2010 ahhhh
My last weigh in was the week of our wedding. I basically stopped following because of our wedding and honeymoon. I was weighed in this Tues after 3 weeks and gained 2.6 lbs. I guess that's not bad for 3 weeks of not tracking but it felt like alot. I'm following again and would love the support if we continue these posts! I think I probably lost atleast a pound or 2 from stress of losing my job already since I haven't eaten as much.
I pretty much stopped tracking before the wedding and since the wedding. I need to get back on track. I weighed myself last night and there was definite sticker shock. Last weekend killed me with all the burgers and hot dogs!
I say let's keep these going, even if on a weekly basis for support.
We can do a "What's one thing you will do this week to improve your weight loss/maintain your weight loss" and follow up the next week to see how we did.
My FI and I started weight watchers last month! We don't go to the meetings though, kind of do our own weigh-ins. I'll be honest, I haven't lost much, I think it's the end of school getting to me! FI on the other hand has lost over 25lbs!!!
Hi ladies! I lost total of 15.6 so far. Thats my 10% and I got my key chain. Woot woot. I go to meetings on Tuesday's at work. I still have another 10 i want to lose. You all are doing amazing!!!

I've been doing WW since October and i'm down 45lbs so far. Its been slower as of late, but I gotta stay motivated...wedding is only 2 months away...
And I go in Westfield on Thursday nights if anyone needs a buddy
