    1. The Bridal Shoppe in Minneapolis. 2. Up to $2,000 3. $1,200 for a Mary's Bridal gown It was before the current economic crisis. I do not think I could spend that much now. But I knew as soon as I put the dress on, even though it was many sizes too small.

Sorry, I don't want to ruin your thread but.....Its pretty sad that "J's Bridal" feels the need to continue to post on our board.   Get a life and pay for advertising like the rest of the vendors.

    1. CC's Boutique in St. Pete. I actually had not heard great things about their customer service, but I went and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and nice my bridal consultant was, Natalie. She let me try on any dress I wanted (they had several in my size, which surprised me since I am a 16-18) and then she told me she was going to "slip in" a few more she thought would look great on me. The 4th dress I tried on was one of her choices, I took one look at it on the rack and said no way, she convinced me to try it on, and as soon as she finished doing the corset back I was in love with it....and didn't take it off for the next hour or so, lol! 2. I really didn't want to fall in love with a dress outside of my budget, so 500-1400. I made sure to tell the bridal consultant that I didn't want to try on more expensive dresses. 3. I bought this dress: http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=A3097 I don't remember the exact price but it was just under $650.

    1. I got my dress from Robin Lynne in Lakeland. The owner is the sweetest southern woman and her staff is great also. I went to Brides by Demetrios, Jons, Davids and several others but none had the customer service that Robin's had. 2. I tried on dresses from the $600 to $2000 range. 3. My dress was $623 and it's a Moonlight dress. I knew from the moment I saw it.

1.Where did you buy your wedding dress?   Had a bad experience at Jon's~ rushed and the lady kept pushing and we made it clear it was our first day out.   That alone as Mom of the Bride turned me off.    She kept bringing out oversized trains and heavy dresses and daughter could hardly walk..made it clear she wanted one style and the lady didn't listen.Went to CC's~~ treated like a princess, premeeting~she actually listened and then said, may I bring a couple of extra of styles I think might look good.   Spent lots of time, never felt rushed or hurried~ MONICA is a doll.   and to be honest we tried out 40 or more dresses and there was only one as Mom that I didn't like.    Her suggestions were wonderful~ to get a dress that could be ordered custom length, for daughter is so petite.... and that would save in the end.  She was so right and she measured daughter so perfectly that the lenght hits right at the right spot, so the beautiful lace will never have to be cut or altered.   2.What was the average price of the dresses you tried on? and if you don't mind sharing- I asked for a huge range, for I wanted to see what money could buy from their less expensive to $3000.   And surprisingly "most" we liked were in the $1000 range!    I told daughter NOT to look at the tag, for I didn't want it to be price driven.   Monica laughed at my request, but she abided and we settled for one with the same price as we had tried on at Jon's.3.How much did you spend on your dress?  our goal range...

    1. Bought the dress at Alfred Angelo-went on a Wednesday and had a great experience, hardly anyone was there and they allowed all the time in the world to try on dresses. 2. Average of what I tried on: $600 -1300; however their prices range from probably $300 up to $3k+ depending on what you get 3. Paid $1099.00 plus taxes

1.Where did you buy your wedding dress? CC's in St. Pete, LOVED Monica!! She took the dress I bought directly out of the box from the maker because they had just gotten it in and she thought I would like it.2.What was the average price of the dresses you tried on? and if you don't mind sharing- Mostly around $1,000... I did try on a $3,500 Rivini gown that I absolutely loved, but could not justify spending that much on my dress!! 3.How much did you spend on your dress? I think it was like $850 including taxes.

    1. Modern Bridal Shop in Orlando. I think I hit nearly every shop between Tampa/St.Pete all the way across the state to Melbourne. Just couldn't find something I liked until I found mine there. 2. Less than $1000 (although I did try on a $7000 Amalia Carrara one for fun. Super uncomfortable and waaaay to much for what it was, lol) 3. Mine was $850 plus $100 for the custom hem-to-hollow I had to get done (it would have cost so much more to try and altar it)
