I created a UPS package to send out a sample in and was about to take it to the counter for pick up when I realized I had sealed an empty package. The sample was sitting on my desk.

Sadly it happens to me with about 89% of the packages for that particular company. So far I have always caught my mess up though. I would be dead meat if I didn't.

LOL! I've done something similar... I merge all my envelopes and I didn't put in the 3rd line for a ton of them, they were all returned to the office of course.
