  • Weight lifting workout during lunch- arms, squats, lunges, abs, etc.
  • Yes!  FI and I went on a 45 min walk.  I tend to be a real slacker on Tues. and Thurs. so I was so proud that we got out there.  And it was a beautiful fall day here in Maine!

  • i was grumpy and not feeling well when i got home last night, so was making excuses not to workout...FI at least convinced me to go do 1/2 hr of cardio...so i took a new book and cranked up the resistance on the bike. not the greatest workout, but at least i made myself go and did something.

  • Played tennis for about 1 1/2 hours.  It is so much fun I don't even realize how hard I am working.
  • I did 20 minutes strength training and 45 minutes (weight loss program) on treadmill.I weighed in at WW yesterday and lost another 2.8lbs. So I am down 11lbs. I hit my 5% bodt weight loss. I am so excited.
  • personal training w/ FI - upper body (hes a trainer, so I do this on tues/thurs) followed by the hardest yoga class i've had in awhile
  • I did the body pump class at the gym yesterday, after 4 months of doing weights on my own. It kicked my butt!!
  • Yes,,,,15minutes in the morning, should have done 30

  • I really, really didn't want to go to the gym last night, but I finally made myself do it.  I clocked in 35 minutes on the treadmill, and then afterwards I did this 20 minutes pilates + cardio routine that I found in the Shape I was reading, which surprisingly did get my heart pumping!  So it ended up being a better day than I expected.
