It is illegal, unless the spa is licensed to preform plastic surgery. 99% of spas that are licensed only preform botox. No face lifts, lipo, etc.

Yep, she was getting lipo done at a spa yesterday. She probably had a reaction to the anesthesia. You never know if you're allergic to it until you go under. Or maybe she was diabetic and was not supposed to go under total anesthesia. Am I speculating? Hmm . . .
