  Woohoo.  Thanks for posting this.  I was going to delete these two FB "friends", but did the hiding thing instead.  Their statuses are so annoying on a daily basis.

  well i was so happy about the hide feature until i realized it didn't transfer to my iphone facebook app. since i tend to use my phone more, i got too frustrated with some girl's constant updates i eventually had to delete her haha but it's not like we're close anyway.

  The "hide" feature is the best thing on facebook!! Some of my friends have way too much time on their hands!!

  Hide is great for the people who constantly post long links, some people pretty much post the entire local newspaper every day...
