Need some serious advice......please!

Ok I can't take this woman anymore!...... she has did almost everything in her power to be vindictive. My colors are burgandy and gold and formal. I went to order the flowers for them and still hadn't heard what color her outfit was so Fiance' called and she is wearing a black pant outfit. Need some serious advice!Please help

    I don't understand the problem here.  Are we talking about your FMIL?  I don't see a crisis at all.  Please explain more.

    OK - read your other post.  I wore a very formal black pants suit to my DD's wedding May. I was appropriately dressed.  I just don't understand why you are so upset.

    If you want some honest advice I'd suggest you take a step back and allow yourself to take a breather from your FMIL. She may very well be crazy, but that doesn't mean you should let her make you crazy too. Black looks really nice with burgundy and mother of the groom (or bride, for that matter) does not need to match your bridal party. Pick your battles - this one isn't worth getting upset over and I'm with PP in that I don't really see what the problem is. It's not like she chose a florescent orange outfit or something that would clash in the pictures.
